The project is a 14-storey landmark hotel in the heart of Arusha, an urban landmark combining elegance, efficiency, and sustainability. The design embraces dynamic vertical formality with generous glazing and a crisp façade rhythm that responds to its urban context. Internally the layout harmonises accommodations, conference spaces and leisure amenities in a fluid spatial composition — bringing natural light deep into guest circulation zones.
