BGL was commissioned to redesign, revamp, and renovate the KCB Bank Kenya Serem Branch. The client's brief called for modernizing the branch’s spatial layout, aesthetics, and customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and brand identity. The project scope included total interior design and reconfiguration, façade enhancement, and updated finishes to align with KCB’s corporate design standards. The result was a more welcoming, functional, and user-integrated banking environment for both clients and staff.
